Yes, our services are higher because we provide better products and implementation to protect your 3,882 sft of stamped concrete approximately $75,000 investment.
When you compare here are the main differences:
1. We first treat the concrete with an environmental cleaner to protect plants and pets.
2. We rinse with a surface cleaner pressure washer to insure an even clean process and not damage your concrete.
3. We allow the concrete to dry for a day, so we do not encapsulate any humidity in the concrete.
4. We apply antiskid to provide a safer walking surface when wet and winter days since the concrete will have a glossy finish. A very important step especially when you have little children or elderly adults in your home.
5. We then apply the color stain mix with our 1 st coat of SealGreen E15 Epoxy sealer designed for stamped concrete.
6. We apply a second coat of SealGreen E15 Epoxy sealer for stamped concrete to provide a nice even gloss finish and more durability. Both 1 st and 2 nd coat allow the stamped concrete to breath to avoid any humidity encapsulation
7. Our sealers are environmentally safe epoxies designed to provide a longer life. Usually, other companies use acrylic sealers that vary in price depending on the quality of the sealer and the amount of acrylic it has.
8. The higher the acrylic the more costly it is. Acrylic too thick can prevent the concrete from breathing and have problems.
9. Keep in mind that we have been working with restoring stamped concrete for over 18 years in the area. Experience and best products have additional value.
10. It is important to compare experience, products, and application process.
