Yes, our SealGreen Concrete Sealer will stand up to spilled blood. We recommend using the SealGreen Kennel Concrete Sealer version. After the application of the sealer, it chemically reacts and becomes part of the concrete. and unless you destroy the concrete it will destroy the sealer.
We have some facilities that have similar requirements. We recommend the following procedure to obtain the best results.
If the concrete floor is new in the facility:
1. Wash the floor with SealGreen Kennel Concrete Cleaner.
2. Allow it to dry naturally.
3. Apply SealGreen Kennel Concrete Sealer.
4. Wait 8 hours before the floor is open to normal activity.
If the concrete floor is old or in current use in the facility:
1. Sweep/vacum the floor.
2. Apply Sealgreen Kennel Disinfectant (disinfecting the floor)
3. Wait 10 minutes before washing.
4. Wash the floor with SealGreen Kennel Concrete Cleaner.
5. Allow it to dry naturally.
6. Apply SealGreen Kennel Concrete Sealer.
7. Wait 8 hours before the floor is open to normal activity.
On going maintenance daily, weekly, or monthly:
1. Sweep/vacuum the floor.
2. Apply Sealgreen Kennel Disinfectant (sanitizing the floor)
3. Wait 4 to 5 minutes before washing.
4. Wash the floor with SealGreen Kennel Concrete Cleaner.
5. Allow it to dry.
