We recommend using SealGreen E10 Epoxy Vapor Barrier Sealer. This product will mitigate the penetrated cat urine in the concrete floor. Two coats are recommended.
The process is as follows:
1. Disinfect and wash the floor with SealGreen Disinfectant and SealGreen Kennel Cleaner. This process will remove any smell of cat urine from the floor and stop attracting cats to urinate in the same area.
2. After washing, let the floor dry well using some box fans.
3. Apply two coats of SealGreen E10 Epoxy Vapor Barrier sealer. The sealer will seal the floor in case they urinate again, it will be on the surface and not inside the concrete easier to clean. It will encapsulate and mitigate any smell from the inside of the floor.
4. Please watch the video that shows how easily this solution can be applied. How to remove pet urine video - https://youtu.be/WJhx0ExPsuw
