Is there a product you recommend to remove xylene stains from concrete?
Unfortunately, not. Xylene is a solvent and when used as a cleaner or thinner over concrete it dissolves the coating and makes it easier to deep penetrate the concrete to a point where it is impossible to clean.
The only solution that we have is to clean the surface properly and then stain it with a color stain. We have color stains that mix with sealers to provide a matte finish look or color stains that then are seal with a glossy sealer to provide a wet looking glossy finish.
Since we only deal with concrete, natural stones, and clay brick products, this is the best way to cover the Xylene stains.
