Floor buffers also called floor maintainers or swing machines are available in several places:
1. Rental places where you can rent all kinds of tools to maintain a floor.
2. Some Home Depots have rental departments where you can get one.
3. Some party stores where they rent tables, chairs, and other party tools.
4. The typical size is 17-inches in diameter.
5. You will need to select a pad depending on the job you are trying to do. The black pad is the most aggressive and the white the least aggressive.
I personally like to use an oscillatory floor buffer. They are easier to work with
