Depending on where the rust stains are:
1. If the rust stains are in areas where they are NOT clearly visible, we then recommend just doing the rust spots. Keep in mind that the SealGreen is a rust remover cleaner. So not only removes the rust stain but it cleans the concrete as well.
2. If the rust stains are in the middle of the floor where they are very visible, we then recommend doing at least the section where the stains area. Then again the SealGreen Rust Remover Cleaner cleans the concrete as well. This makes it obvious where you clean the rust stain against concrete that was not treated.
