We have two options:
1. SealGreen E15 Epoxy sealer - this product was designed to protect the concrete and at the same time give it a wet look and a glossy finish. When using this product, we recommend broadcasting SealGreen Antiskid white to give the floor a none slip surface. This is a water-based EPOXY sealer and does not have an overpowering smell. It can be used inside and outside.
2. SealGreen Poly StepGuard with Antiskid Sealer - this product was designed to protect concrete and at the same time give it a wet look and a glossy finish which includes the antiskid necessary for an anti-slip surface. This is a water-based POLYURETHANE sealer and does not have an overpowering smell. It can be used inside and outside. Polyurethane products are considered stronger that epoxy sealers.
3. It is recommended that either option be applied every 2 to 3 years depending on weather exposure.
4. All surfaces that are going to be coated should be washed with SealGreen Color Stain Primer Cleaner. Once the surface is washed allow 24 hours for the surface to dry to avoid any humidity encapsulation.
