Application Instruction Sheet says temps must be above 50F. Technical Data Sheet says temp to be above 35F. Which? Kennel Concrete Concentrate Sealer with Salt Defense Technology KENNEL PRODUCTS

We are a animal shelter high in the Rocky Mountains & are trying to decide how long to wait to get temps warm enough to seal our concrete dog runs.

The SealGreen Kennel Sealer can be applied between 35F degrees and 80F degrees concrete temperature NOT the air temperature. If it is below 35F degrees in can freeze and stop the chemical reaction. If the temperature of the concrete is above 80F degrees it can flash dry and not seal the concrete.
