I wish to specify your Seal Green Kennel Concrete Sealer product for a client moving into a building that previously did auto body repair and he plans to open a canine day care & grooming facility in the building, and I need to confirm that your product will also seal the existing concrete slab surfaces to protect the dogs from any latent chemicals that may have contaminated those floor slabs. Do you have any testing or documents that would confirm this feature?

The floor needs to be grinded with a concrete grinder so whatever sealer is applied it will have an excellent bonding to the floor.
The only products that we have are SealGreen E10 Epoxy Vapor Barrier Sealer and SealGreen Poly StepGuard Sealer with Antiskid. They are commonly used in kennels because their durability and antiskid performance. A coat of each is required.
In regard to containing whatever chemicals have soaked into the concrete we can tell you that it does very well with humidity mitigation and prevents urine penetration. We have not done any other testing or documented other chemicals as you requested.
