Pictures below of (maybe) a concern. It was brought to my attention this morning that rainwater just puddles up on the concrete. Is this normal and what is to be expected?

Yes, it is normal because the floor has been color stain mixed with sealer and prevents water penetration into the concrete. The sealer prevents damage to the concrete during wintertime. Some of the puddles are because the concrete is not 100% flat and has a low percentage of grade to the drain.
