How to clean and seal Plain concrete - Product Information
1. Remove all objects of the surface to be washed and sealed.
2. Chase all cracks and empty expansion joints
3. Apply cleaner.
4. Wash surface with a surface cleaner with cold-water and no more than 3,000 Psi to prevent surface damage.
5. Rinse the surface one final time to remove all loose dirt created by the surface cleaner. Use a green tip or Turbo Jet Nozzle
6. Allow concrete to dry.
7. Seal all cracks and expansion joints.
8. Apply sealer.
9. Allow at least 8 hours before surface is open to regular foot traffic.
