How to clean and seal Stamped concrete: Product Information
1. Remove all objects of the surface to be washed and sealed.
2. Chase all cracks and empty expansion joints – OPTIONAL when cracks are over ¼ inch wide.
3. Apply cleaner.
4. Wash surface with a surface cleaner with cold-water and no more than 3,000 Psi to prevent surface damage.
5. Rinse the surface one final time to remove all loose dirt created by the surface cleaner. Use a green tip or Turbo Jet Nozzle
6. Allow concrete to dry for at least 12 hours so it can exhale all humidity, to prevent encapsulation when sealing.
7. Grout all hairline cracks or seal all cracks and expansion joints if applicable.
8. Apply antiskid.
9. Apply Sealer E15 - First Coat.
10. Allow it to dry clear. At least 2 hours in between coats.
11. Apply Sealer E15 - Second Coat
12. Allow at least 12 hours before surface is open to regular foot traffic.
