We are assuming that you are referring to the SealGreen Concrete Sealer to protect concrete. The SealGreen Concrete Sealer is a chemically reactive penetrating sealer that does not change the look or the surface of the concrete. It works inside the concrete. The application of the product has a 20-year life because it becomes part of your concrete and as long as you do not destroy the concrete it will be active and present.
