We recommend using SealGreen Mold and Mildew Remover to clean and the after it totally dries you should seal it with SealGreen Concrete Sealer.
Cleaning and sealing process:
Day-1 Mix SealGreen Mold and mildew remover and apply heavily to puddle level and leave overnight. Application Video - https://youtu.be/h8Z-SgXRqCY
Day-2 Apply more SealGreen Mold Remover and then start rinsing using a pressure washer and let dry.
Day-3 Apply SealGreen Concrete Sealer over the dry concrete surface. Application Video - https://youtu.be/dxIZpmDtm8Y.
The intent is to clean the black stains, then seal to prevent the concrete from getting soaked and then creating more mold.
