Our standard shipping services are UPS - United Parcel Service or USPS - United States Postal Services. Depending on the weight, size and estimated shipping time, you can select the appropriate service. Expedited services are available through both carriers for extra charges.
We are closed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on all national holidays. If you place your order on one of those days, your order will be shipped the following business day. This includes requests for expedited shipping. Please call or email us for any special circumstances or to find shipping times. There is no guarantee that expedited shipping will arrive in the time frame indicated if the carrier has problems. Please plan your projects with that in mind. We normally ship all orders received by 1 PM CST on the day we receive the order. All other orders will be shipped the following day. If any product is on back-order or otherwise unavailable to ship, you will be notified of the expected shipment date. If the order is a custom order, we will contact you to determine shipping methods and estimated delivery times.
