Our recommendation is as follows to meet your requirements:
1. Wash the floor with SealGreen Kennel Cleaner to remove any dirt and prepare the floor for the SealGreen Kennel Sealer application. After the sealing is done you can keep using the SealGreen Kennel Cleaner to maintain your pet space clean, no urine smells and a happy place for your pets. Just like the commercial kennels do.
2. Let the floor dry naturally for a day and then apply the SealGreen Kennel Sealer. The sealer is a chemically reactive sealer that fills the upper pores of the concrete. It prevents the penetration of urine and excrement into the pores of the concrete. The sealer does not change the look or the surface of the concrete, and it has an exceptionally long service life. As long as you do not destroy the concrete you will not destroy the sealer or wear out. We recommend a re-treatment of the sealer every 4 to 5 years. Re-treatment is amazingly simple wash the floor, dry and then apply more sealer.
