For clay or concrete brick surfaces, we recommend SealGreen Brick and Stone Sealer with Salt Protection Technology to help prevent moisture-related damage and mold growth. This chemically reactive sealer penetrates the brick and bonds with its internal structure, sealing pores below the surface. By limiting water absorption, it reduces freeze-thaw damage and inhibits conditions that promote mold.
The sealer does not alter the appearance of the brick or create a slippery surface, as it works within the material rather than forming a surface film. Removal is only possible through mechanical abrasion or surface removal.
To clean the mold before sealing we recommend SealGreen Mold and Mildew Remover
