We recommend the following process and products for your driveway and garage:

DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE:

1. Apply SealGreen Driveway Cleaner to the entire driveway, then rinse using your surface-cleaner attachment.

2. Allow the concrete to dry naturally overnight.

3. The next day, apply two coats of SealGreen Concrete Sealer with Salt Defense Technology using a garden pump sprayer. Allow 2 hours of drying time between applications.

4. After the final coat, allow 8 hours of curing time before returning the driveway to normal traffic.

5. Wash and seal the garage floor at the same time using SealGreen Garage Floor Sealer with Salt Defense Technology. Sealer application is different—please watch the garage application video.

6. Maintenance is typically every 4–5 years: wash and apply an additional coat of sealer.

7. Products needed:

a. SealGreen Driveway Cleaner Degreaser 2 gallons

b. SealGreen Concrete Sealer with Salt Defense Technology 2 gallons

c. SealGreen Garage Concrete Sealer with Salt Defense Technology 1 pint

PATIO:

If youd like to color-stain and seal the patio, heres the recommended process and product list:

1. Apply SealGreen Color Stain Primer, then rinse using your surface-cleaner attachment. Watch the video.

2. Allow the concrete to dry naturally overnight.

3. Mix the SealGreen Tintable Sealer according to the instructions on the back of the bottle to make it READY for use.

4. Mix the SealGreen Color Stain with the READY Tintable Sealer, then apply with a garden pump sprayer, followed by back-rolling with a 1-1/4-inch nap roller. Watch the application video.

5. Allow 2 hours of drying between coats, if a second application is needed.

6. After the final coat, allow 12 hours of curing time before returning the patio to normal traffic.

7. The final outcome will be a variegated color with a matte finish.
