I’m sorry you’re dealing with that. Based on what you described, here’s the approach I would recommend:
1. Start by washing the floor with SealGreen Kennel Cleaner to help remove any urine residue that may have soaked into the concrete.
2. Allow the concrete to dry naturally for at least 24 hours.
3. Once the floor is fully dry, I recommend applying one coat of SealGreen E10 Vapor Barrier Sealer.
4. Then finish the floor with one coat of SealGreen Poly Shine or Matte to help fully encapsulate the surface.
