The product is designed to work on synthetic oil, hydraulic oil, and other man-made oils. These oils are formulated to last longer, which means they can be more difficult to break down chemically than standard oil stains. Gray-Out can be effective in these applications, but customers should be advised that the cleaning process may take longer than it would with regular oil. We have successfully cleaned several synthetic oil applications, though results typically require additional time and patience.
