Thank you for reaching out and for sending the photos. I’m sorry the concrete does not look the way you expected, especially after the time you have spent trying to clean it. I understand how frustrating that must be.
Based on the photos, the sealer is working by reducing water penetration into the concrete. The location and color of the stains particularly near the edge where the slab drains toward the grass suggest that wet leaves and other organic material are the most probable cause rather than a reaction between dog urine and the sealer.
When leaves remain on a damp surface, they can release natural tannins that leave yellow, brown, or rust-colored marks. These organic stains can settle into the concrete and will take time to fade and they are hard to remove by cleaners.
To avoid damaging the concrete or sealer, please do not use any more bleach or acidic cleaners. Your next step is to apply a very light dusting of SealGreen Gray-Out directly to the stained areas, then leave it in place to work—no scrubbing or rinsing is needed. The enzyme-based formula will gradually break down the organic residue over several weeks.
SealGreen Gray-Out is non-toxic and safe to use around animals and landscaping. Please note that the fine gray powder will begin adhering to the concrete within about 48 hours, depending on humidity, and will release as the cleaning process is completed.
