We recommend SealGreen Kennel Sealer Concentrate to help prevent urine and related odors from penetrating the concrete. Urine can soak several inches into unsealed concrete and crystallize as it dries, making it extremely difficult to remove. For the best protection, seal new concrete before it is used by any dogs. If the concrete has already been in use, clean it first with SealGreen Kennel Cleaner. This product is formulated to penetrate the concrete and dissolve urine crystals into a liquid so they can be extracted. Apply the cleaner generously and allow it to soak into the surface for approximately 20 minutes. Then add water as needed and use a wet/dry shop vacuum to extract the dissolved urine and cleaning solution. Allow the concrete to dry naturally before applying SealGreen Kennel Sealer Concentrate.
For ongoing odor control in commercial kennels, use SealGreen Kennel Cleaner daily or whenever the concrete is washed. Regular cleaning will help prevent urine residue and odors from building up.Source: SealGreen Website
